Chef Dani’s passion for the culinary arts was ignited early in life. With his parents owning and operating a variety of restaurants, nightclubs and bars, Dani had the opportunity to work in every aspect of his family’s businesses.
After graduating in 1995 from the National Culinary School in Miskolc, Hungary, the Fates led Daniel Csotai to Southern California. With a natural understanding for the trendy way Los Angelenos prefer to dine, Dani utilized his years of experience to create a vibrant array of menus that cater specifically to those with a taste for Hollywood’s sophisticated style.

Featuring a unique variety of California wines and cuisine, which calls for only the freshest of ingredients from local farmers, Chef Dani and his culinary team create their stylish menus from scratch while maintaining the most minimal carbon footprint.
