Audio Visual
We will be happy to assist you with any audio visual requirements. A brochure with rental prices will be provided upon request. Cancellations
If it is necessary for you to cancel your event, any advance deposits will not be refunded. In addition, a cancellation fee may be charged and Is due and payable at the time off cancellation. These amounts are due as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

Coat Check
A complimentary coat check is provided by the Hotel if dictated by the weather.

Corkage charges are permitted for wines only. The charge is $10.00 per bottle for a normal size wine bottle. This charge is exclusive of the 21 % service charge and application state taxes.

Deposits and Payments
To secure a date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Depending on the ballroom that you select, deposits range from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 and are nonrefundable. Additional payments will be required prior to the even! and will be detailed in your catering agreement.

Event Suppliers
We may offer recommendations or make arrangements for florists, musicians, photographers, videographers, transportation, etc. Our Preferred Professionals List is available to you upon request.

A final confirmation of your anticipated number of guests required seventy two hours prior to the start of your event. You will be billed for that number, or the number of Guests served, whichever is greater.

Guest Rooms
The Hotel may provide a special group sleeping room rate for family and friends. Please ask your Catering Event Manager for details.

Customized menus may be designed to meet your specific requirements upon request.

Self-parking is available at a rate of $7.00 per automobile. Overnight parking is available at a rate of $15.00 per automobile. If requested, valet parking may be arranged. Please see your Catering Event Manager for pricing information.

Porterage Gratuity
Deliveries of gift bags to Guest rooms by Hotel Staff will require a porterage fee of $2.50 per item.

All quoted prices are current and subject to change (30) days prior to the confirmed date of your event in order to meet operational and/or market costs.

No fire exits or exit signs may be blocked at any time (this includes all decorations and equipment). All fabrics must be verified as being flame resistant prior to your event. Please submit a certificate of flame resistance to your Catering Event Manager one week prior to the function. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our function rooms. All candle flames must be protected by glass encasements.

Security by The Beverly Garland Hotel is required at teenage parties at the Client's expense. The Hotel requires one security guard for twenty teenagers or more. A charge of $200.00 is applicable for a minimum period of four hours.

Service Charge
Prices quoted do not include the 21 % service charge or the current state tax which are applied to all food, beverages, service charges and miscellaneous charges.

Sweet Table
A $2.50 per person service fee will be charged for all events that provide their own sweet table.

The California state tax will be charged on all food and beverage prices. The 21 % service charge is taxable.

Afternoon banquets must be completed by 4:00pm. Evening banquet functions shall not begin before 6:00pm unless arranged with your Catering Event Manger.
