Chef Daniel’s passion for the culinary arts was ignited early in his life.  With his parents owning and operating a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs, Daniel worked in every aspect of his family’s businesses.

After graduating in 1995 from the National Culinary School in Miskolc, Hungary, Daniel Csotai was led by the Fates to Southern California.  With a natural understanding for the trendy way Los Angelenos prefer to dine, Daniel utilized his years of experience to create a rich array of menus that cater specifically to those with a taste for Hollywood’s sophisticated style.
